Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming check-in experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel at home in our villas.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, responding promptly to their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences, from amenities to activities.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the proper department as needed.

Requirements:
