Job Summary

The Guest Services Lead is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by leading the Guest Services team in conjunction with the Guest Services Manager. This role requires excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  • Coordinate tubing registration and ensure guest transactions are processed in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate and support the F&B, Retail, and Ticketing departments during peak business hours to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to enhance their contributions, including assessing, training, and coaching
  • Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
  • Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Requirements
  • Previous guest services experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
