We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, converting leads into appointments, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Maintain and manage our CRM system, converting leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, and speed-to-lead processes.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer needs, and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism.
