Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling: Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize scheduling appointments for efficiency and a positive customer experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing homeowner packets, managing state reporting, and processing payments with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer needs and resolve complaints with professionalism and conscientiousness when handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Sales Support: Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, and speed-to-lead process, and maximize sales opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $40,000/year + commissions.
  • BONUS: Follow up with a client who never bought their products and successfully land that sale? Get 2% of the sale.
