Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team at Main Connections. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet Sales Goals: Encourage customers to purchase additional items or services, and provide advice on products and services that may be of interest to customers to increase sales revenue.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting products by providing information about features and benefits, and provide customers with product information and answer questions about products or services.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales, and customer service techniques.
- Meet Requirements: An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, excellent communication skills, a history of exceeding goals, grit and ambition, and strong marketing, demand generation, or sales experience encouraged.
- Competitive Pay: $15-$17 hourly pay, paid weekly.
