As a Junior Sales Representative at Main Connections, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by fostering strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong marketing, demand generation, or sales experience, with a passion for driving results
