Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Jerry's Foods. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy in handling returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stock shelves, and other areas as assigned.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
