Job Purpose

We are seeking a qualified Technical Sales Representative to help us sell our products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for success, strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed sales quota by retaining, growing, and prospecting clients within your account territory.
  • Use product knowledge to develop unique value propositions supported by financial impact analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management activities.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and seminars to promote products or learn about industry developments.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with key personnel for product development and sales.
  • Travel nationally on a frequent basis to meet with customers and stakeholders.
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and other written documents written in English.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations.
  • Able and willing to travel to customer sites and do overnight travel for training and sales meetings.
What We Offer
  • Base Compensation Range: $69,900 - $87,500.
  • Additional earning potential of 160% Performance Based Quarterly Sales Incentive Pay.
  • Company car, including maintenance, service, and gas card OR auto allowance with gas card.
  • Internal support provided to all TSRs via our Inside Sales Representatives with processing quotes, orders, etc.
  • Paid time off plus paid holidays.

  • Life insurance, short/long term disability.
  • Tuition reimbursement (6k per year).
