Technical Sales Representative Opportunity

Your Hiring Coaches is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sales of our line of Mechanical Surface Characterization Instruments in the Midwestern states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new accounts, as well as effectively manage existing relationships.
  • Present to various audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
  • Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, with a preference for analytical instruments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a natural sciences or engineering.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
  • Valid driver's license and passport.

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an uncapped commission plan, full benefits, profit sharing bonuses, monthly car allowance & mileage, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. Sign on bonus opportunity available.
