Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide expert advice on our heat and corrosion-resistant products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
- Conduct on-site product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers
- Gather and report market intelligence, including information on competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Metallurgy, Engineering, or related field
- Passion for metallurgy and manufacturing processes
- Tech-savvy skills and the ability to decode complex blueprints
- Insatiable hunger for knowledge and success
- Flexibility to travel and conquer new territories
