Agronomy Sales Specialist

Sales Agronomist
GPAC is proud to partner with a leading Ag client to find a talented Sales Agronomist to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that prioritizes employee growth and success. As a Sales Agronomist, you will play a vital role in the Agronomy department, working closely with growers and clients to provide expert agronomic recommendations and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective growers
- Sell chemical, fertilizer, and seed products to clients in a designated territory
- Stay up-to-date with the latest agronomic technology and trends
- Provide expert agronomic recommendations to clients
- Collect and analyze soil and tissue samples
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven individual
- 1+ years of sales experience in an agronomy-related role (preferred)
- Agronomy or Agriculture degree (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($60,000-$100,000 DOE) plus bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K
