Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for a Agronomy Sales position in the Sales industry. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for agriculture, an understanding of agronomic products, and a knack for building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
  • Identify potential customers and cultivate relationships to convert leads into sales.
  • Provide agronomic support and advice to farmers and crop advisors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to align and update the company's sales strategies.
  • Conduct seminars and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Regularly review and report on sales performance against targets.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success and relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of agronomic products and their application.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
