Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for a Agronomy Sales position in the Sales industry. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for agriculture, an understanding of agronomic products, and a knack for building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
- Identify potential customers and cultivate relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Provide agronomic support and advice to farmers and crop advisors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to align and update the company's sales strategies.
- Conduct seminars and presentations to promote products and services.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Regularly review and report on sales performance against targets.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success and relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of agronomic products and their application.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
