The Client Services Associate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality home care
  • Managing the coordination of client services and addressing urgent scheduling challenges
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team
  • Overseeing the financial management of your caseload by tracking key performance indicators (admissions, Medicare percentage, reasons for referral rejections, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Clinical Managers to provide guidance and support to field staff

Qualifications for the Client Services Associate position include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or home care setting is advantageous
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus
  • A proven track record of taking on increased responsibilities and achieving goals
  • A desire to grow and advance within the organization
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly with electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
