As a Guest Experience Host at El Monte Sagrado Resort & Spa, you will be the face of our hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your role will be to welcome guests, provide exceptional service, and ensure their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and personalized greetings to guests, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Offer expert recommendations on hotel events, amenities, local attractions, and restaurants.
  • Respond to guest challenges and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and care when handling guest information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent with computer technology and software, including reservation management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods and lift/push/reach for/carry 25+ pounds occasionally.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly wage of $15.00-$18.00 DOE.
  • Generous benefits package, including dental, vision, and 401k for part-time employees, and medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, accident, critical illness, and 401k for full-time employees.
