Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Host at El Monte Sagrado Resort & Spa, you will be the face of our hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience for our guests. We are seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team, providing exceptional service and creating lasting memories for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, articulating the story and inspiration behind El Monte Sagrado's unique experience.
  • Deliver refined and seamless service, upholding the highest level of confidentiality and care for guest information.
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations for guests about hotel events, amenities, local attractions, and restaurants.
  • Respond to guest challenges and find timely and professional resolutions.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and poise in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for interacting with people.
  • Friendly and warm demeanor, with excellent verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Competency with computer technology, including reservation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift/push/reach for/carry 25+ pounds occasionally.
  • 6 months to 1 year of equivalent experience or a high school diploma/equivalent experience/training.
