Airport Lounge Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Lounge Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Registering Customers: Welcome and register customers at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Food and Beverage Service: Replenish our deli counter with food and drinks, and serve beer, wine, and other beverages from our fully tendered bar.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times, including bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing, and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors as needed.
- Stock Rotation and Delivery: Assist with deliveries and stock rotation, ensuring our facilities are well-stocked and ready for our guests.
- Restroom Maintenance: Regularly stock and clean restroom facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Age and Education: Must be 21 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability and Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the airport is required.
- Physical Abilities: Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a 10-year federal background check.
- Professional Personality: Positive attitude, willingness to get along with co-workers, and a professional personality.
