Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Miller Kaplan. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the system meets our firm's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage sandbox environments and production deployments using changesets.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features and create a platform roadmap with defined priorities.
  • Communicate platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Handle user support tickets and monitor user adoption.
  • Provide new user and ongoing user training, as well as technical and end-user documentation.
  • Work with integrated applications and perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience working with a consulting partner to deliver projects.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Experience training end-users and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
