Salesforce System Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Miller Kaplan. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the system meets our firm's requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Configure and manage Salesforce settings, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage sandbox environments and production deployments using changesets.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features and create a platform roadmap with defined priorities.
- Communicate platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
- Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Handle user support tickets and monitor user adoption.
- Provide new user and ongoing user training, as well as technical and end-user documentation.
- Work with integrated applications and perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other Marketing Automation tools.
- Experience working with a consulting partner to deliver projects.
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
- Experience in change management and governance.
- Experience training end-users and key stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
