Salesforce Account Executive

Aaxis Commerce is a leading Salesforce Partner and Systems Integrator, empowering small and medium-sized businesses to leverage the power of Salesforce to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and achieve growth.
The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Salesforce Practice and make a real impact on SMBs across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise and relationship-building skills to identify qualified leads, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Salesforce to identify and target qualified leads within the SMB market.
- Become a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and demonstrating how Salesforce solutions, including Order Management (OMS), can optimize their logistics for order fulfillment, reduce costs to service orders, and ultimately increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and channel partners, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage opportunities and forecasts specific to the SMB sector, ensuring data accuracy for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Aaxis Commerce leadership and internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences tailored to the needs of SMBs.
- 5+ years of B2B solution selling experience, with a proven track record exceeding sales goals.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly B2B/D2C Commerce and Order Management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
- Collaborative spirit with a focus on client success.
- A natural learner, comfortable leading client discussions and uncovering their specific needs.
- Experience within the Building & Construction Materials or Medical Supplies Distribution sectors.
