Office Administrator

The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Office of Geography, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and its functions. This includes integrating geographic data, products, and services into geospatial analysis, providing data access and standards promulgation, and leveraging international programs to satisfy requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance, US Citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. They will also have demonstrated experience in leveraging data sources, performing research, and contributing to the preparation of analytical reports and publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Office of Geography, including space and equipment management, records management, and information management.
- Assist with the preparation of analytical reports, publications, and presentations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve space and equipment-related issues.
- Ensure proper formats are provided with all space and equipment-related submissions.
- Maintain office records for all space and equipment requirements.
