KIDS DENTAL BRANDS is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.

POSITION TYPE: Full-time

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SALARY: Starting at $16.00 per hour and above

MONTHLY INCENTIVES: Treatment Coordinators are eligible for monthly performance bonuses

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year experience in front office reception or patient coordination

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Conduct initial consultations with patients to explain dental procedures, treatments, and costs, ensuring clarity in their treatment plans
  • Serve as the primary communication link between the dentist and patients
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and available credit solutions
  • Maintain regular follow-up with patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Update educational materials for patients and ensure a welcoming reception area
  • Keep patient records current in compliance with privacy and security standards
