Administrative Regulatory Specialist, Captive Insurance and Management

Aon is seeking an experienced Administrative Regulatory Specialist to join our Captive Insurance and Management team in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance filings, premiums collections, supporting compliance team members, preparing financial analysis, and carrying out bookkeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients and fellow colleagues.
- Prepare insurance filings for captive insurance companies.
- Conduct and reconcile financial information.
- Reconcile and track outside premium receivables.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including posting journal entries in accounting software and preparing supporting schedules for financial statements.

Requirements- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office software.
