Administrative Regulatory Specialist, Captive Insurance and Management

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Regulatory Specialist to join our Captive Insurance and Management team in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance filings, premiums collections, and supporting compliance team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level customer service and assistance to clients and fellow coworkers.
- Prepare insurance filings for captive insurance companies.
- Conduct and reconcile financial information.
- Reconcile and track outside premium receivables.
- Perform bookkeeping activities, including posting journal entries and preparing supporting schedules.

Requirements:- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High ethical standards and dedication to diligence.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive assignments.
- Bachelor's degree.
