About the Role

Aon's Captive & Insurance Management team is seeking an experienced Insurance Officer to join our global operations. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with Risk Managers from various industries to build and grow their captive business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of insurance needs for clients, including advising on insurance matters and collaborating with clients, brokers, reinsurers, and tax/legal counsel.
  • Serve as the primary contact for insurance-related matters and effectively communicate program details to ensure understanding by all parties.
  • Ensure timely and efficient organization of insurance and reinsurance documentation.
  • Coordinate efforts with outside brokers/consultants to lead renewals or implement new programs.
  • Collaborate closely with financial professionals on the internal client service team to ensure a comprehensive and dovetailed approach to meeting clients' needs.
  • Communicate changes to the client insurance program/business plan with state regulators.
  • Prepare and present materials during annual client board meetings, ensuring quality and inclusion of beneficial information.
