Veterinary ER Manager

We are seeking an experienced ER Clinical Manager to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire ER/CC staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the ER/CC department, including managing employee schedules, coaching and developing staff, and delegating duties and responsibilities.
- Assist the Medical Director in deciding how to achieve departmental standards and results.
- Provide quality and compassionate care to all patients and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, technical staff, customer service staff, education department, and other managers and supervisors.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high energy, positivity, professionalism, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous management experience in veterinary medicine is strongly desired.
- Positive and collaborative role model for all staff.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- High energy, positive, professional, and collaborative leader who can handle multiple tasks at once.
- Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - 93,000.00 per year.
