Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of the Emergency and Critical Care department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department heads to develop and implement hospital-wide initiatives and programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the department staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure the department is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality patient care and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a veterinary hospital management role, with a focus on emergency and critical care.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
