About Ethos Veterinary Health: We are a well-established veterinary hospital that has been serving the community with excellence. Our facility operates 24/7, providing a wide range of services including Emergency, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiology. We are on the verge of expanding our services and enhancing growth opportunities for our staff.
Position Overview: The ER/CC Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a dedicated team of approximately 40 staff members, including technicians and support personnel. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively collaborate with the Specialty Clinical Manager overseeing various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate previous management experience in veterinary settings.
- Act as a positive role model for all team members, ensuring high standards of care.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage staff schedules, provide coaching, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure quality and compassionate care for all patients and clients.
- Maintain strong communication with all departments to foster a collaborative environment.
- Exhibit high energy and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-stress setting.
This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, four days a week.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $70,000.00 annually.
