About Us:
Ethos Veterinary Health is a prominent name in the veterinary community, known for providing exceptional care and a wide range of services including Emergency, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiology.
As we prepare for an exciting relocation to a larger facility, we are looking for a passionate leader to help guide our ER/CC team, which operates around the clock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ER/CC staff, which includes approximately 40 team members such as technicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with the Specialty Clinical Manager to ensure high standards of care across all departments.
- Assist the Medical Director in maintaining departmental standards and achieving desired outcomes.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct coaching and development sessions, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment, serving as a role model for all team members.
- Ensure quality and compassionate care for all patients and clients.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with previous management experience in veterinary settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with various stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, positive leader capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, four days a week.
