About Ethos Veterinary Health: We are a well-established veterinary facility that operates around the clock, providing comprehensive services including Emergency, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiology. Position Overview: The ER/CC Clinical Manager will oversee a dynamic team of approximately 40 staff members, including technicians and support personnel. This role involves close collaboration with the Specialty Clinical Manager, who leads other specialized departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the ER/CC team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist the Medical Director in achieving departmental standards and performance goals.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct coaching sessions, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and clients.
- Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with all team members, including doctors and support staff.
- Exhibit high energy and professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts, four days a week.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $70,000 annually.
