Overview: The Administrative Coordinator III will deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and oversee Department of Defense civilian and military administrative tasks.
  • Disseminate Combat Systems (Code 200) directives and expectations across various levels of SERMC.
  • Employ advanced database functionalities, execute scripts for table updates, and manipulate data to ensure operational databases.
  • Utilize sophisticated features of Microsoft Excel or comparable software for data gathering on administrative services.
  • Maintain tracking systems for deadlines related to command documents such as directives or submissions to leadership.
  • Leverage SharePoint capabilities to circulate information within the Combat Systems department, including forms, notifications, and instructions.
  • Adjust lists to monitor correspondence for Combat Systems leadership.
  • Provide on-site administrative services Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1530, adhering to a standard 40-hour work week, excluding Federal holidays or government-mandated closures.
  • Lunch breaks should be scheduled within designated hours and should not exceed 30 minutes.
  • Work will be conducted entirely in an office setting.
  • Occasional brief visits to industrial or specialized areas may be required.
  • Professional business attire is expected.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Familiarity with TAAS, SUPDESK, Business Objects, and (MRQT) Material Requirements tool.
  • All applicants must be U.S. Citizens in accordance with government contractual requirements.
Physical Requirements:
  • May involve lifting, carrying, and transporting equipment and materials.
  • Ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a computer.
  • Job may require bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • May necessitate entering production environments with varying temperatures.
