Manufacturing Administrative Coordinator

The New IEM, Llc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the production team. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, including timekeeping, inventory management, travel coordination, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Timekeeping Administration
- Accurately record and maintain employee work hours, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting time cards for payroll processing, addressing and correcting any discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables and production materials, conducting regular inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and stock levels, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, as well as preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing special projects and events, performing other duties as assigned by the production manager or senior staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
