Service Engineering Specialist II

Your Role
The Service Engineering Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting our clients, directly influencing patient health and well-being. This position is part of our dynamic Service Organization and offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Provide expert installation support, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on various mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments.
- Document and complete service administration tasks promptly, adhering to ISO, FDA, and Danaher policies.
- Support the sales of service contracts, collaborate with sales representatives and service team members on system configurations and upgrades, and offer insights to enhance financial performance and service revenue.
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of equivalent technical experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A valid Driver's License and compliance with fleet eligibility standards.
- A willingness to travel extensively, with at least 90% daily travel and frequent overnight stays.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have:
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments.
- A background in Field Service Engineering.
- Knowledge of Networking/IT system upgrades.
