Role Overview:

  • Establish metallurgical specifications for client orders
  • Deliver technical assistance to both internal teams and external clients
  • Participate in or spearhead initiatives aimed at continuous enhancement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the metal casting industry
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Familiarity with induction furnace melting, arc melting, AOD refining, alloying, or heat treatment processes
  • Proficient in interpreting purchase order specifications
  • Experience with centrifugal casting and knowledge of Six-Sigma/Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to manage various projects in a dynamic work environment
