Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements and coordinate necessary evaluations
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions
  • Assist clients in articulating their needs and navigating challenges
  • Track client progress and monitor symptoms
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the client's care
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Ability to provide services to a diverse clientele
  • Familiarity with behavioral intervention techniques
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean background check
