Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Logistics and Transportation industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role
- Proven track record of success in the Logistics and Transportation industry
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
