Job Summary:

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Logistics and Transportation industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role
  • Proven track record of success in the Logistics and Transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
