Job Description

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Data Analyst to support a federal government client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workforce data, such as hiring, retention, attrition, and organizational mobility metrics, to identify trends and labor projections.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needs.
  • Assist in the development of position description libraries.
  • Administer relational databases and ensure data integrity.
  • Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets.
  • Support survey design and execution across multiple agencies.
  • Provide data analytic support for surveys, data calls, and other human capital efforts.
  • Communicate technical or analytic findings in a clear and concise manner via graphical, written, and verbal formats.

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience or a Master's degree and 10+ years' experience.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • Previous data analysis experience within the IC is necessary.
  • Strong Tableau experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Tableau, Python, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cognos, VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, and Personal Operations Portal system.
  • Workforce analytics and workforce planning experience.
