Job Description

Hildebrand is a leading organization providing housing solutions for families experiencing homelessness in greater Boston. We are currently seeking a Residential Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Collaborate with residents to achieve their re-housing goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Human Services or Residential settings.
  • CPR/SFA certification within 30 days.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and navigate stairs regularly.

Salary: $16 per hour (Sat-Sun 11pm-7am, 16 hours)
