Mathematics Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Program Manager to administer various aspects of pipeline programs offered by the Department of Mathematics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to these programs, which aim to provide opportunities for high school students nationwide.
About the RoleThe Mathematics Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of these programs, working closely with the department's faculty and staff. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing program strategies to achieve academic excellence and student engagement;
- Coordinating logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup;
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient delivery of programs;
- Fostering relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community organizations;

RequirementsTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess a strong background in mathematics education or a related field, along with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package based on experience, with an estimated annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and performance.
