Job Description

Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation & Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our company's facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Facility Maintenance Programs: Create and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Manage Facility Repairs and Renovations: Coordinate with external service providers and contractors to address facility maintenance needs.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Facility Operations: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize facility efficiency.
  • Oversee Facility Security: Manage access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other security measures.
  • Manage External Service Providers: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other external partners to support facility operations.
  • Prepare and Manage Facility Budgets: Develop and oversee facility budgets to ensure effective financial management.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Supervise and mentor facility staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies to optimize facility efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations: Verify that facilities meet all relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections: Identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly to ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Support other departments in their facility-related needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a Related Field: A degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Facility Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Facility Management Best Practices and Industry Standards: A strong understanding of facility management best practices and industry standards is required for this position.
  • Strong Leadership and Decision-Making Skills: Excellent leadership and decision-making skills are required for this position.
