Facility Operations Manager

Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the Aviation & Aerospace industry, specializing in supply chain optimization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our company's facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Facility Maintenance Programs
- Manage and Coordinate Facility Repairs, Renovations, and Maintenance Activities
- Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Implement Safety Protocols
- Monitor and Evaluate Facility Operations to Identify Areas for Improvement
- Oversee Facility Security, Including Access Control Systems and Surveillance Cameras
- Manage and Collaborate with External Service Providers, Contractors, and Vendors
- Prepare and Manage Facility Budgets and Expenses
- Provide Leadership and Guidance to Facility Staff
- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures to Optimize Facility Efficiency
- Ensure Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations
- Conduct Regular Inspections to Identify Maintenance Needs and Address Issues Promptly
- Maintain Accurate Records of Facility Maintenance, Repairs, and Expenses
- Collaborate with Other Departments to Support Their Facility-Related Needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a Related Field
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Facility Management
- Knowledge of Facility Management Best Practices and Industry Standards
- Strong Understanding of Building Systems, Equipment, and Maintenance Procedures
- Experience with Budgeting and Financial Management
- Excellent Leadership and Decision-Making Skills
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Meet Deadlines
- Proficient in Computer Programs and Facility Management Software
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Protocols
- Ability to Analyze Complex Problems and Develop Effective Solutions
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Familiarity with Building Codes and Regulations
- Professional Certifications in Facility Management are a Plus
