Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of our company's facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Facility Maintenance Programs
  • Manage and Coordinate Facility Repairs, Renovations, and Maintenance Activities
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations and Implement Safety Protocols
  • Monitor and Evaluate Facility Operations to Identify Areas for Improvement
  • Oversee Facility Security, Including Access Control Systems and Surveillance Cameras
  • Manage and Collaborate with External Service Providers, Contractors, and Vendors
  • Prepare and Manage Facility Budgets and Expenses
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance to Facility Staff
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures to Optimize Facility Efficiency
  • Ensure Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations
  • Conduct Regular Inspections to Identify Maintenance Needs and Address Issues Promptly
  • Maintain Accurate Records of Facility Maintenance, Repairs, and Expenses
  • Collaborate with Other Departments to Support Their Facility-Related Needs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a Related Field
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Facility Management
  • Knowledge of Facility Management Best Practices and Industry Standards
  • Strong Understanding of Building Systems, Equipment, and Maintenance Procedures
  • Experience with Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Excellent Leadership and Decision-Making Skills
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Meet Deadlines
  • Proficient in Computer Programs and Facility Management Software
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Protocols
  • Ability to Analyze Complex Problems and Develop Effective Solutions
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Familiarity with Building Codes and Regulations
  • Professional Certifications in Facility Management are a Plus
