- Coordinating with the facility manager to ensure compliance with ISO obligations, including traceability, quality documentation, training, and calibration records.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, with designated areas for tools and equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Providing clear instructions on machine maintenance and managing a network of external support for repairs and equipment maintenance.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports, including measurable performance indicators.
- Participating in regular meetings with senior management to discuss strategy, concerns, and growth opportunities.

- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production operations and management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
