About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Peaksware. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue and business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the music education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with music teachers, fine arts stakeholders, and other key decision-makers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide product training, and address customer concerns to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasts
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a SAAS sales capacity, preferably in the music education industry
  • Strong understanding of the music education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer success
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
