The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in collections, demonstrate proficiency in Excel, and have familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and distribute precise invoices to clients in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging to guarantee prompt collection of overdue invoices.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports, collections status, and cash flow forecasts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce for managing accounts receivable tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the implementation of process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency in billing and collections.
- Employ advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze financial data and create reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to invoices and payments.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing billing and collections processes.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
