We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales and Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to achieving our sales objectives.

Job Overview:

As a Sales and Account Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. You will serve as a liaison between our sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and preparation of sales-related documents and reports.
  • Make calls to prospects to schedule initial appointments for sales representatives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and databases, updating contact information, order history, and sales activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, including logistics coordination and booth setup.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required. Portuguese language skills are an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is beneficial.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation may vary based on location and market conditions.
