Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Brook + Whittle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned accounts to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
