We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Global Cultural Marketing for our Corporate Communications team. In this position, we are looking for candidates that can direct and drive strategic, integrated plans that put Apple's products, services, and values at the heart of culture by collaborating with authentic, influential people to reach new audiences and tell stories we could not tell on our own.

This role will play a senior role in Buzz efforts globally in partnership with local in-country teams and report to the Head of Buzz Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with communications leaders and teams worldwide to direct, develop, and drive strategic plans and programs to work with cultural creators, so they are inspired to use Apple products and build local and regional brand affinity.
  • Oversee and integrate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are produced on strategy, on time, in line with Apple standards.
  • Work on and contribute to the annual global marketing plan, leveraging deep understanding of culture, emerging trends, and opinion leaders to best set up Apple for success across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile Apple users, which could be directors, actors, artists, musicians, music producers, athletes, designers, and institutions. Determine which relationships have the most potential and then find ways to maximize benefit to all.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working in a similar capacity or in roles that deal directly with celebrities and influencers.
  • Confidence to engage at the highest level of influence and speaking to talent and internal executives.
  • Understanding of popular culture and a knowledge of a wide range of cultural touch points.
  • Strong knowledge base and personal use of Apple products and software.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships and establish business partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, and time-critical environment.
  • Comfortable with high volumes of information and quickly breaking down what action needs to be taken.
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
