Key Responsibilities
- Execute repairs as detailed on repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards
- Collaborate with Service Advisors during vehicle assessments and diagnostics
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more
- Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about their vehicle's needs
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Proven ability to quickly identify automotive issues
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods
- Experience with electronic diagnostic tools
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical degree preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a valid driver's license
- Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks
