About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Loss Adjuster to join our team at Allstate Insurance Company. As a Total Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in our claims handling process, focusing on determining the repairability or total loss of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess moderate to complex vehicle damages to determine repairability or total loss
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and valuations for vehicle damages
  • Engage in negotiation and settlement processes with customers to resolve claims
  • Work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution
Requirements
  • 12+ months of experience writing auto collision estimates using auto estimating programs such as CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell
  • Previous experience in total loss adjustment or a related field is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and valuation tools for virtual assessments
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate moderate to complex vehicle damages effectively
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results
