- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in alignment with dealership standards
- Conduct test drives and assess vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary additional services and provide time estimates for repairs
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Solid background in automotive service
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks
- Possession of a clean and valid driver's license
