Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to assigned Community Managers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and mail violation letters, draft letters, take minutes at board meetings, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with vendors to collect bids and provide direction.
  • Design and create newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, handouts, notices, and other marketing materials for communities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and other computer software.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
