Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through strategic prospecting and customer engagement. This position offers a competitive base salary and the opportunity to earn commissions that can exceed your base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and surpass sales objectives for various products, including modular structures and value-added services.
  2. Prospecting: Dedicate approximately 40% of your time to outbound prospecting, 30% to converting inbound inquiries, and the remainder to account management and client visits.
  3. Customer Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in outbound sales or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools is essential.
